We all want to eat a good home-cooked meal that is healthy and tastes good. But not many people have the time to make fresh meals every day. After our family got a sibling, everyone was busier in the house but, no one wanted to sacrifice the quality and taste of the food. Take-out and frozen food was not a reasonable option daily because it was unhealthy and expensive. We tried home meal kits, but that did not solve the problem either. Then we decided to find another solution. Our goal was to have home-cooked, good tasting food under 10 minutes.
The biggest time-consuming part of any meal is the prep time. Chopping onions, garlic, frying, etc. What about finding and adding the right spices? When to add, how long to cook? Slow or medium heat? 1 tbsp or 2 tbsp? And then all the dirty dishes at the end of it.
The Paste Itself
Our paste consists of the few constants of all our meals, like onions, garlic, ginger, and a few spices. These are slow-cooked for 12 hours. Then we add spices, blend it, and then slow cook again for 8 hours.
We made a paste that helps to make a delicious variety of food under 10 minutes without compromising the taste. Our paste will allow you to make the delicious food you love with half the hassle. The paste is to be refrigerated until use and only a few spoons of the paste is used each time. Best of all, meals only take 10 minutes to make without less chopping and cleaning. It is also preservative, gluten, and dairy free! It is also vegan and made with all natural ingredients.
